Scott is a Journeyman Powerline Technician by trade with over 40 years of experience. Prior to joining Allteck, Scott worked for 10 years as a Field Operations Manager for BC Hydro in the Vancouver/ Burnaby and the North Shore/Coastal Districts. He has extensive experience overseeing transmission and distribution operations, including 500 kV Lattice Tower Construction, and provides invaluable leadership that enable us to deliver projects successfully and efficiently.

In his current role as the General Manager of Saskatchewan Operations, Scott continues to strengthen Allteck’s execution strategies and is focused on providing the highest level of service to Clients across Saskatchewan.

Senior Human Resources Manager

Mark has been a generalist in the Human Resources field for 29 years, working for fortune 100 multi-national companies as well as one of Western Canada’s largest private development companies. He achieved his professional designation in human resources in 2004 and has substantial experience working in all areas of human resources across Canada and assignments in the United States.

Mark joined Allteck in the fall of 2016, bringing expertise in compensation, benefits, employee relations and negotiations. As the head of the HR department, Mark is working on initiatives to help streamline Allteck’s hiring process, enhance prospective employee experience, and align the department with company values.

Don Johnson

Don Johnson

Resources Manager

Don began his career in the Powerline Industry as apprentice lineman with Ontario Hydro in 1972. After becoming a Lineman, he eventually moved to British Columbia where he went on to hold a range of roles including Lineman, Foreman Manager at Princeton Light & Power and an extensive career at BC Hydro as Manager of Distribution to name a few.

Though he brings years of technical experience to Allteck, some of his strongest attributes lie in the passion he has for the industry and his commitment to training and mentorship; passing forward the practical experience gained during a rich and dynamic career.

His keen interest in the Safety of the line trade has driven him to actively develop and support many Safety training programs and initiatives throughout his career.

His passion for apprenticeship recruitment and training have earned him positions on several Apprenticeship Advisory Committees as well as a seat on the Board of Directors of the Joint Line Apprenticeship Training Association.
