Brad Erickson – British Columbia & Alberta
Vice President of Operations
Brad started his career in the electrical trade as an apprentice in 1994. After obtaining his Red Seal Certificate as an Electrician in 1998, he worked with a variety of Clients across British Columbia and Northern Alberta, developing a deep understanding of the electrical industry.
With over 24 years of experience, Brad joined Allteck in 2013 as a Construction Manager, and in 2014, was appointed Operations Manager of Allteck’s Dawson Creek division. In 2015, he oversaw the Kelowna Business Unit until he moved into his current position as General Manager of BC Operations. Brad continues to strengthen Allteck’s Operational Strategies and is focused on providing the highest level of service to Clients across British Columbia.
Bruce Scott – Alberta
V.P. of Assets for Allteck and Canadian Utility Construction
Bruce is a Journeyman Powerline Technician by trade with over 22 years of experience in transmission and distribution operations. Bruce brings expertise in construction and estimating, has held positions of increasing authority in Western Canada, and also led the planning and execution of barehand projects in Africa for a period of 1 year.
Bruce joined Allteck in 2001 and presently oversees the Fleet and Stores department, ensuring Allteck’s equipment and tools are reliable, safe, and compliant with Customer and industry requirements and best practices. Bruce continues to identify efficiencies and opportunities that strengthen our relationships with Clients, improve operational processes and systems, and position Allteck for success during project delivery.
Ryan Lucas – Marketing & Resources
Marketing & Resources
Ryan is a Red Seal Certified Lineman with over 15 years of experience in the high voltage power industry, serving in positions of increasing authority as a Foreman and General foreman in numerous distribution and transmission projects across Canada.
In his current role as General Manager Construction Resources, Apprenticeship & Training he is responsible for leading Allteck’s resource management team which includes the allocation of resources for projects across Canada and internationally. His in depth knowledge of the industry allows Allteck to staff each of the projects we undertake with employees that possess the adequate qualifications and experience.
Ryan is an integral part of our organization and continuously promotes innovation and operational efficiencies that allow our company to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
Scott Brannlund – Saskatchewan
General Manager Saskatchewan Operations
Scott is a Journeyman Powerline Technician by trade with over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Allteck, Scott worked for 10 years as a Field Operations Manager for BC Hydro in the Vancouver/ Burnaby and the North Shore/Coastal Districts. He has extensive experience overseeing transmission and distribution operations, including 500 kV Lattice Tower Construction, and provides invaluable leadership that enable us to deliver projects successfully and efficiently.
In his current role as the General Manager of Saskatchewan Operations, Scott continues to strengthen Allteck’s execution strategies and is focused on providing the highest level of service to Clients across Saskatchewan.
Mark Sweet – Human Resources
Senior Human Resources Manager
Mark has been a generalist in the Human Resources field for 29 years, working for fortune 100 multi-national companies as well as one of Western Canada’s largest private development companies. He achieved his professional designation in human resources in 2004 and has substantial experience working in all areas of human resources across Canada and assignments in the United States.
Mark joined Allteck in the fall of 2016, bringing expertise in compensation, benefits, employee relations and negotiations. As the head of the HR department, Mark is working on initiatives to help streamline Allteck’s hiring process, enhance prospective employee experience, and align the department with company values.
