Robin Lucas

President

Robin began his career in the electrical industry in 1975 as an accomplished electrician and lineman. He went on to operate a very successful electrical and line contracting company for 28 years until it was acquired by Quanta Services in 2009, at which point he joined Allteck.

Since then, Robin has served in various capacities within Allteck and today, he is the President of the company. Robin also serves as the President of the Line Contractor’s Association of B.C., is Chairman of the Joint Line Apprenticeship & Trades Training Committee, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Electrical Contractors Association of B.C.

Senior Vice President Business Management

Patty joined Allteck in March 2013 with 26 years of experience spanning both the utility and financial services industries.  She focuses on business process improvement and strategy.

Patty worked at BC Hydro Construction Services for 6 years where she held the positions of Operations Manager and Construction Field Manager. Prior to working at BC Hydro, she spent 20 years working in financial services where she gained experience in project analysis, project management and product marketing. She also managed a client service area and led the team responsible for delivering services and solutions to corporate and individual clients.

Chief Operating Officer

Mike was appointed Chief Operating Officer in September of 2016 where he has oversight of Allteck’s operations across Canada and works closely with our regional managers to deliver the best possible service to all of our customers. Mike joined Allteck in 2001 and brings 26 years of experience in the Powerline Industry to the position. His many years of field experience on both transmission and distribution projects provide a technical knowledge that connects operational execution with the business side of powerline contracting. During his years in the field Mike built a strong reputation as a safe and conscientious Journeyman Powerline Technician and continues to champion those ideals and values with everyone employed at our company. He is dedicated and committed to providing the highest level of service to his employers and their customers.

Director of Health and Safety

As Allteck’s Director of Health and Safety since 2006, Chris manages and coordinates health, safety, work method and environmental programs and initiatives. Chris leads a team of trades trainers and field safety coordinators for local and international construction and maintenance activities. He is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) with extensive experience in heavy construction, high voltage transmission/distribution/substation projects, remote and heavy terrain environments, air and marine logistical operations, and various specialized work methods for electrical utility sector. Chris is involved with a number transmission and distribution partnership task teams and is an active member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE) and American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).

Corporate Strategy Advisor - Indigenous Advancement

Dean leads Allteck’s Indigenous Advancement team, whose purpose is developing collaborative economic relationships with Indigenous Communities, in a climate of respect for the cultures and values of Indigenous people.

Dean is Métis and has spent his career working towards the improvement of Indigenous people through economic development. He currently specializes in developing and structuring new business partnerships, joint ventures and Indigenous inclusion strategies with First Nation communities and businesses.

Previously a pioneer in the Canadian eco-tourism industry, he was an owner of a premier Canadian brand in the Service and Hospitality industry, as well as a Director for a Sprott Resource Corp. company, which promoted Indigenous inclusion and environmental best practices.

Dean majored in Environmental Science at Carleton University, studied at the UBC Sauder School of Business (real estate division) and attains a CSC (Canadian Securities Course).

Vice President Corporate & Business Development

Dean was appointed Vice President of Corporate and Business Development in December 2017, concentrating on managing relationships with existing clients, while also looking for new opportunities. Previously he joined Allteck on October 31, 2016 as the Operations Manager, Southern Interior, where he managed the Kelowna Business Unit. He is a Journeyman Powerline Technician by trade that started with TransAlta Utilities. Previous to joining Allteck, Dean worked for Ledcor as a Director of Outside Plant and previous to that with SNC Lavalin as the Manager of Construction Services for B.C. Operations. Dean looks forward to growing and strengthening the Allteck brand with existing and future client as well as within Allteck itself.

Geena Jackson

Vice President Indigenous Advancement & Business Development

As the Vice President of Indigenous Advancement and Business Development, Geena leads the management and communications of internal and external Indigenous & Community Relations Strategies and corporate clients as well as Allteck’s internal Corporate Indigenous Training. She is an expert in creating successful operational and strategic plans to benefit clients and first nations alike; including assessing capacity to maximize inclusion for all members including employment and training, small business procurement, social investment, revenue sharing, and plan implementation and reporting.

Geena is a proud member of the Sechelt Nation and as a passionate advocate for Indigenous Rights, she previously worked with the Squamish Nation for 11 years. She was a lead in procurement, partnerships and fostering relationship with industries for Major Capital Projects and the Project Administrator of the Squamish Nation Trust and the Small Business Officer, where she assisted the development of over 500 Indigenous businesses with Squamish Nation member entrepreneurs. Geena is especially proud to have 5 of her Squamish Nation Businesses win the B.C. Aboriginal Achievement Awards in the last 4 years.

Geena is passionate about organizing fundraising events and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars supporting Indigenous initiatives such as The Residential Day Scholars fundraiser, the Squamish Nation annual Trades Centre Fundraiser, and she is the Executive Director of the International Indigenous Film Festival.

Geena has a Degree in Broadcast Journalism and Communications from BCIT.

Brad Erickson

Vice President Operations

Brad started his career in the electrical trade as an apprentice in 1994. After obtaining his Red Seal Certificate as an Electrician in 1998, he worked with a variety of Clients across British Columbia and Northern Alberta, developing a deep understanding of the electrical industry.

With over 24 years of experience, Brad joined Allteck in 2013 as a Construction Manager, and in 2014, was appointed Operations Manager of Allteck’s Dawson Creek division. In 2015, he oversaw the Kelowna Business Unit until he moved into his current position as General Manager of BC Operations. Brad continues to strengthen Allteck’s Operational Strategies and is focused on providing the highest level of service to Clients across British Columbia.

Bruce Scott

Vice President Assets for Allteck & Canadian Utility Construction

Bruce is a Journeyman Powerline Technician by trade with over 22 years of experience in transmission and distribution operations. Bruce brings expertise in construction and estimating, has held positions of increasing authority in Western Canada, and also led the planning and execution of barehand projects in Africa for a period of 1 year.
Bruce joined Allteck in 2001 and presently oversees the Fleet and Stores department, ensuring Allteck’s equipment and tools are reliable, safe, and compliant with Customer and industry requirements and best practices. Bruce continues to identify efficiencies and opportunities that strengthen our relationships with Clients, improve operational processes and systems, and position Allteck for success during project delivery.

Ryan Lucas

Vice President Marketing & Resources

Ryan is a Red Seal Certified Lineman with over 18 years of experience in the high voltage power industry, experienced in positions of increasing authority as a General Foreman and Resource Manager for numerous distribution and transmission projects across Canada.

In his current role as Vice President Marketing & Resources he is responsible for leading Allteck’s Resource Management team which includes the allocation of resources for projects across Canada and internationally. His in-depth knowledge of the industry allows Allteck to staff each of the projects we undertake with employees that possess the adequate qualifications and experience.

Ryan is an integral part of our organization and continuously promotes innovation and operational efficiencies that allow our company to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Vice President Project Management Office

As Vice President of PMO, Kerry leads the Project Management Office at Allteck and Canadian Utility Construction. An accomplished business leader with 25 years’ experience in Operations, Project Management and Engineering Consulting, Kerry has a diverse background in the pulp and paper, oil and gas, utility, and clean energy industries.

Over the past 10 years, Kerry has held several senior leadership roles including Vice President, Operations with Clean Energy Consulting and Director of Engineering & Technical Services with Allnorth Consultants where he provided business leadership and led numerous strategic initiatives focused on business transformation, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Earlier in his career, Kerry worked as a mechanical engineer and project manager in the pulp and paper and oil and gas industries in Western Canada. Kerry’s strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and his penchant to deliver practical and quality solutions were well regarded by his colleagues and customers alike.

Kerry graduated as the top student in the Faculty of Engineering from UVic in 1994 and completed his Master of Applied Science Degree from UBC in 1998.
